To be an embarrassment for the nation then you would expect that Turnbull must be clumsily failing to meet targets.
So does Malcolm have any targets which are not being achieved? Where does his heart lie?
When you consider what Mal stands for you are left with a hollow feeling. At first glance there is nothing there. Going deeper we can tell from his recent almighty knee jerk that he is highly superficial. To trust the ABC shows an appalling lack of judgement and political naivety whereas the knee jerk exposes a massive bleeding heart. In many languages we are describing a run of the mill Green.
When Merkel was out here she explained to our "Liberals" that their future political survival depends upon them becoming Green "Liberals". Her Germany had stolen many Green policies in order to attract the votes of the Greened youth who were just beginning to vote.
Merkel's harvest includes perhaps the loudest screaming bleeding heart of them all, Mike Baird. Even Colin Barnett is mouthing bleeding heart ideas. We are entitled to believe that Turnbull would have a long list of Green type policies that he would love to implement, not for selfish reasons but for the love. Yes he just wants to be loved.
So yes he is an embarrassment based simply on how easily he was conned by the ABC. If we compare him to another embarrassment namely Bill Shorten then we get some perspective. Shorten is a different type where treachery is his bread and butter. Turnbull has yet to reveal conscious treachery but ... who knows.
