Well, if there was a loophole in the contract, who is to blame? The contract would have been made between FAR and CNE initially and then extended to COP?
All future contracts in the industry may end up being drawn up differently. Let's hope were not one of the legal footnotes where they all quote FAR vs COP as how not to set up a contract.
