Wankmuller has been in the role longer than the other guy and released his strategic review in October 2015. What has been implemented?
As for general infrastructure, all these guys do is survey for the garbage bin locations. They don't even have a major projects division. They have been living off profits from the NSW property market for the last 24 months, when that slows, the Cardno world stops. Investors (like me) should be furious that they have spent hundreds of millions on acquisitions over the past 5 years and have failed to turn a profit.
I'm pissed that they released a strategic review and then failed to implement it.
