I found the average results in the resource zone interesting also. Without any education in this area whatsoever my conclusion was that the artisanal miners had removed much of the top soil that may contain gold. I'm probably way off but hey it made sense to me.
The rock chip samples OVL collected off its own bat back in 2015 are a good read. Many of the samples taken of veins/ quartz outside the resource area showed great results - Northern and Western areas. It is interesting to compare OVL and AQI rock chip samples.
