re: kenrosewall I agree that there is something happening that the market is unaware of as the rest just does not add up. I wouldn't be surprised if people are just reluctant due to no announcement surrounding the company's strategic direction as a result of the legislative changes. I wouldn't be surprised to see the sp turnaround equally as quick on good news.
