I agree, the most significant & well credentialled board appointment this company has ever made.
He has a corporate cv that brings a great deal of credibility & nous to our table.
As we move farther along the road to production, & the capacity of the company to pay significant executive salaries improves, I would not be surprised if Tony Cormack moved to the COO role to focus on bringing this company into production, & Whitfield moved into the CEO position.
However, before I go too far overboard, I will wait & see the terms of the options package that is proposed for him, in addition to what, I agree, is a small up front opening directors fee of $40k.
