FH would have commented on this but apparently he is forbidden to "vent" here on HC.
Got told off for that before....tsk, tsk.
But he did say in a previous post that no-one really understood this financing deal (well, not SH, anyway). Maybe the CEO & BOD did. Maybe even they didn't.

It just seems that there is an "US & THEM" attitude in this company..."US" being the BOD and "THEM" being the SH. It seems very common these days but that doesn't make it right.

FH would like to be as forgiving as DS, who really is an exemplary soul.
But he just can't.
So better to say nothing.
