Don't overreact or overinterpret things - you're scaring the locals...
Perhaps there's review-logging errors - perhaps that's the review system and not SYT? The lack of increasing review numbers and reviews appearing and disappearing to me suggests something not necessarily related to SYT. Keep an eye on another app and see if it's also happening...
And to say SYT's had a overall system glitch, 3 poor days and has killed momentum on the back of one Choong's review and the stalled reviews is a bit silly - maybe Choong's trying to figure something out? It's not like error 40200 or whatever, where multiple people logged this - wait to see if more 'Choongs' highlight the problem before suggesting SYT's platform has failed...
Just IMO - I'm a big fan of your posts LOTM - let's not go overboard
