Seller depth has disappeared, re-rating taking place, shorts are still short. BAL has to have a decent blowoff before it consolidates and we haven't seen that yet, because the volumes are still too low.
My bet= $20 by Xmas (with 1 or 2 pull backs) on the back of a good trading update in October post AGM
