yes I thought upgrades and a bounce yesterday - I was wrong. The difference is I don't fall in love with a stock, I look at what I think the market will think and then trade on it. That way, I don't hold dogs too long or sell stars too quickly.

FMG results were excellent - no doubt in my mind, but a huge run up seems to have got people in before the announcement and it appears there are not many wanting to add positions at the moment. The taxation issue raised by CLSA is always something I now take into consideration.

The only thing worse about someone who is transparent and changes his mind (with full disclosure) is someone who refuses to change their mind no matter what the market is telling them.

I wish I was smart enough to buy this a year ago - but I wasn't, but perhaps now isn't the time to buy and hold. Just my opinion based on reaction after results
