The other thing that should be stated is that whilst we can be frustrated at delays, it is symptomatic of the modern world that these things happen.
- Recent articles in papers have brought a disproportionate amount of review. - Management of ASX and ASIC will be ensuring full compliance (to cover their management), whilst this is welcome I guess both are not over populated with staff. - Small players will be coping the brunt of this as they dont have the clout of majors, if you doubt this have a look at some of the recent occurrences at the top end of town yet they get away with it.
We have a huge 'saga' of $1bn trading by daytraders on HC yet no one harps on about the loss of many times that with other companies and guys who are busted playing with inside info to the same extent... where is the ASIC report into this stuff?
