I wonder if generics also have to go through FDA approval.. if so.. we may have a few years up our sleeve.. but not sure if some of these companies have already developed the clone (not sure if they could legally) with anticipaction of this court outcome ...
@mwilson25 .. great idea about questions.. added to yours:
1. What went wrong with the patenting process that caused it to be overturned?
2. Why were management confident that they could enforce their intellectual property rights given the comprehensive loss?
3. How quickly do ACR feel that generics could come to market given that they may still need to be developed and possibly go through FDA approval
4. Given the nature of the business as it stands now, can management now give a CLEAR timeframe as to when their other products will come to market
