Hi redal. I think a lot of the variables just went out the window. FAR are going to preempt and IMO the 30 days will start when FAR are correctly notified as has been said here by others. FAR would not preempt unless they have a ready made home for any excess IMO and clearly they have the backing to do it also......takes a lot of guess work out IMO. DB
