The fact that they have re negotiated to pay the royalties ie mining rights means only
One thing. The mine is not dead. It has mining rights therefore it intend to operate as soon as PoN goes up to at least 6.00.
There is no hight risk of loss on a mine in
C & M with known COP. As you can see, they are not in a hurry to sell the mine.
IF it takes another 6 months and beyond so be it.
