FAR could only become operator when CNE declare the field commercial. It won't happen though Thor. IMO FAR have a buyer lined up for it who will get the operator ship once commercial.
I personally think FAR will on sell the full 35% and do a deal for some free carry and maybe a couple of wells in DJ. The reason I think they may on sell the whole amount is if they don't this may effect the option to become operator........speculation on my part here. AIMO DB
