Theoretically the share price should go to 0.032 after consolidation but looking at the big line of sellers at 0.001, the share price would be lower if it could. The price afterwards depends how much investors are willing to pay but the AGM notice says a placement at 1c post consolidation so that is a likely target imo.

An unfortunate situation but not too many other options given the dogs breakfast left behind by previous management. The lack of regulation at this end of the market means they could just run the company into the ground and walk away at the end.
