Say FAR find a buyer willing to Pay 800 million instead of the 430 million. They PE. No problems until they on sell to their interested party. At that moment a new round of PE comes to life and both CNE and Petrosen have the option to PE at the new price. FAR needs to ensure they have funds in place as a sort of bridging loan to pay COP before the new buyer pays up (30 days maybe more).
