    In other words what was previously stopping other manufactures simply selling testosterone in a roll on before this decision ..(not stating it was for underarm use) and their consumers just taking it away and using it under their arms anyway???

    So I don;t get it. What is the big deal?

    I want a logical and technical explanation please so I can make rational decisions.
