The sp was sent to where it was by Trevor Sykes article in the AFR, shortly before he retired, pointing out that BXP was inexplicably paying large amounts of cash to it's parent company - Pure Fruit Juices or something like that.
I was v.keen on it prior to that, but got out quick before the price fell too much.
