would oil search be interested Appreciated comments from others, but would Oil search - who has a minority interest in a PSC in Maurtiana be interested in making a bid for HDR - especially as it would also give them further exploration potential in Guyana (viz. Matamata), Suriname, Falklands etc. As well as certainity - with plenty of potential for upside in Uganda?

Oil Search would be large enough to put together a bid(market cap of some $4+bil), I would of thought. (ROC and AWE are too small to bid for HDR (noted that market caps for these are stil $1bil though).

WPL - I reckon they are more interested in their LPG areas for their strategic direction.

Appreciate any comments or thoughts.
