All,
This may seem like a stupid question. The tullow proposal valued HDR at $2.02. If the tullow SP rises to an equivlent HDR value of $2.50 will tullow pay $2.50 a share for the cash component? If so does this mean that if tullows SP falls the cash component will fall also?
