Just some thoughts.
Looks to me that the timing of yesterdays announcement is designed to allow Mr. Florey about 5 or 6 weeks to the AGM to "join the dots" between generalities and specifics ie

*Debt --term and interest rate
*Convertible Note -conversion date, strike price and interest rate
*share placement --locked away to institutional investors in London
* LOI'S on offtakes--converted to MOU'S or firm Contracts

These major participants will know , the terms of the LOI'S --the three players I expect would only sign LOI'S until finances in place and assurances the Project is /will proceed .
Some solid facts, maybe a NPV to accompany some pretty pictures of the first Box Cut might circumvent the otherwise obvious and leading questions from the floor .
