Lanky, 6 to 12c is a long way off (IMO) and Divan hollywood certainly is not going to bring a 300%-600% re-rate to the market cap of TV2 IMO

if it was divan that was confirmed then i'll agree with the 3-5c. I did mentioned that if more deals are released and are more juicy then my 6-12c range stands imo. But then divan needs to launch (from a realist pov)
