IBC is a trade show for companies to peddle their wares, not a conference/meeting to drop market shaking bombshells. Yes TV2 will be trying to attract new customers (that may sign agreements, not that that appears to mean anything with TV2 IMO). It certainly isn't the place nor the time to release market sensitive information, to me it is another cost, leading to the next cap raise.
