Hasn't had time to post yesterday, here's my thought for what happened yesterday morning, to me, it's quite simple and straight forward.
- NZX started trading
- someone/insto/group dumped 10m straight on the market, made the sp -10%
- slowly recovering but
- potential buyers were scared off, willingness to buy at high price almost gone
- weak hands couldn't hold anymore and all started dumping at low price to reap profit
- ASX open and synced with NZX as always
- the rest of day
To be honest, the only reason it was end up like that was due to the initial dump. What supposed to happen was, more buyers come in and push up the price, people selling their shares into the market at a similar pace until the peak, then if buy side is still strong then potentially we could go higher, or sell side is still strong then we should start seeing sp drop, that's what suppose to happen, it's more natural and healthier market action. But, if some people decided to drop a 10m bomb right at the beginning, have a look the buy depth now, only 2.5m, say we have 8m at that time, the 10m could potentially clean the whole buy side and make it $1, this/these desperate, selfish people did that only to secure their own profit, and the consequence was potential buyers were scared off, if I were them I would also feel confused and thought maybe they misunderstood something in the Financial Report and at the same time, weak hands got nervous too and just dumped even though there's barely a6nything left for them to profit, and then that's the rest of the day.
I want to point out that:
- A2M's Financial Report is very good and remarkable, strong growth and strong future
- Do not compare A2M and BKL, blackmore got many issues behind their pretty numbers and their growth is already slowing down, we don't have these issue in A2M
- Because A2M is fundamentally strong, I bought more
@2.0 yesterday because it's almost a gift from the god, it's another rare opportunity for investors to enter the market and I do see the price go above 2.1, 2.2 and further more, because it's fundamentally good, otherwise it doesn't make much sense
- What happened yesterday can be a good thing for A2MC, because rather than having hot money in and out in couple of days, now many short traders are held in it and had to do more research to fully understand what A2MC is all about and, once they found out there's nothing wrong with it and it's probably one of few companies who can promise a strong growth in FY17, they may turn from a short term trader to an investor, that'd help sp go further in a healthier manner
- Lastly, f**k the selfish people who dumped 10m in the market right at the beginning and ruined yesterday
