I agree Shares2 - the best way for XPED to protect themselves from any insider information allegations is to have a please explain from ASX compliance officer..
This is leaving them standing a little naked IF they have a price sensitive FAILED announcement in the next month or two..it would be clear as day some one knew - and the phones at ASIC would be ringing hot!
