I have read the announcements.They indicate when they got to a certain level and they encountered gas. Does finding gas on the way down increase the chances of oil being present at the target depth ? Or is it the normal hit and hope.I remember VPE hitting gas at REIDS dome but it didnt make any differance.(I dont know what happened there maybe the bank is still drilling the hole with the WSP rig or they got the shovels out .That would have been quicker?)
