re: damm messy AZR have already flagged that they would be insolvent if they don't get funding.
Shipping 500,000 tonnes by mid next year? No way. Every project under the sun is being delayed over shortages of infrastructure and personell.
ARC will drive very hard bargin. Lots of dilution.
Unless AZR agrees to the mgx takeover and mgx can throw its resources behind the project, they are screwed.
mgx is going to take a loss one way or another i think.
