    Overall positive except this comment which is unclear - "Importantly for the Company, the Company will not pay any consideration for the Buy - Back unless it completes a Capital Raising, meaning that the Buy - Back will not have any impact on the Company’s current capital reserves."

    Does that mean a Capital Raise is necessary to buy back these shares?

    If so they better offer some free options to the long term retail holders.
