Amicable outcome??.. here's one.. Tripartheid agreement between WPL/COP/FAR whereby FAR agree not to pre-empt, in return for 5% of 35% to be assigned to FAR (seeing that they now received a 14% resource sweetener) and some extra free-carry for the bells and whistles being chucked into the hat( again, wonder if this is what transpired between COP/WPL and CNE and which has not been disclosed?)
Also, mentioned it before... I could bet my last bottom dollar that there was a "royalty component"... priced into the total Sale Price and that this "Royalty component" , contained in a separate instrument may not have been disclosed.. There could be many reasons for the "non- compliance" allegation.
