I agree (Im accredited) that interest rates going up---also resources getting bullish are not historically all that good for banks---I mean there are better times to buy--still though excellent company excellent fundamentals--year after year releasing good profit results>>>the next driver will be smartcards>>>Target in America are already seeing the difference.
