ERM loan paid off on 12 August 2016

Some very interesting information for all - and Wabbs you might need to rethink your 31 August date.

Just been reading the ERM financial accounts (released today) and guess what on the top of page 102 under note 30 - they say the following in relation to the loan owed to them.

"The loan was subsequently repaid on 12 August 2016"

So no need to wait any longer - no loan means no top up... So why hasn't Empire bothered to tell us that the loan has been repaid some 13 days ago. And if the loan has been repaid - no need for them to withhold any of that precious information that you WABBIT have been talking about - it can all come out now.. (well 13 days ago it could have started)

Talk about no communication by this company - completely UNBELIEVABLE ---- so WABBIT what do you think of yoru precious board now, they have got the money off MIN and repaid ERM the same day....yet never bothered to tell the market or its shareholders - well mate you will need to rethink your view of having to wait as we are now, actually was 13 days ago in that realm and NOTHING mentioned by our great board and management.... I would have thought this was material......

EMPIRE BOARD AND MANAGEMENT --- FAIL at CONTINOUS DISCLOSURE - we should be complaining to ASX on this one.... why do we have to find out by sifting through the fine print of ERM's annual accounts. - our own company cant even be bothered to tell the market or its shareholders about a material issue.
