You guys are again on a roll. During the initial 4 weeks, I agonized at some length (check the posting) about the likely CNE preempt, and how that would sideline FAR, (because a 25% junior with debt is just as marginal and vulnerable as a 15% junior without debt.)
So as Hot has suggested above, the seemingly inexplicable silence in August makes sense if it was waiting, waiting to shake CNE out of the reckoning.
