If CNNC walk away from the deal, there will be no solution to repaying the debt due next year. This is a big risk and the reason I haven't bought into PDN. Its been on my watchlist for more than 12 months, but the volatility in the share price, the downtrending price of U, and no solution to the debt problem have kept me, and I suspect many others from buying.
The share price will wander along aimlessly at the current levels until the CNNC deal goes through. If it doesn't go through, there will be carnage.
