And another thing Allan, ref the price. CML is expected to earn a dollar per share in 1907. With a reasonable P/E ratio of 15, the share price should be $ 15, and with a premium of 30 % about $ 20. So we get again a fair take over price of $ 20. Am I right in my calc?
