A great find and reminder. Didn't Jstall infer something as well. I suspect no-one but no-one realised how slowly and meticulously the wheels of the military grind - except when they have decided to go to war.
However while this is good news I note that it is asking for a report on plans etc. After that we have debate, review, more debate, more high level plans, more operational plans and maybe only then a real move forward. low expectations seems to me to be the best way of thinking about this. I sort of feel sorry for Nick as he is an action figure super hero and I imagine that for all his lobbying, friendship cultivating skill he has been caught by the wheels of bureaucracy

I think however that many of us didn't really understand why he constantly said words to the effect of "the military is prestige and visibility but its not the main game and its not where we will make our money - the commercial sector is more important." Its a good thing he hasn't done what the previous CEOs did - rely on the military relationships.
