I like people on HC , and i allways say everyone should be fully informed at same time ....As i am not on the inside and have to "milk" my contacts in the communications field and some are high at government level i think at these prices traders should take a punt [i have ] the stock is very speculative and i hope directors are stable and havent lost the plot but if current applications , plans and great forward thinking pays off then boy oh boy the sky could be the limit . depending on the communications minister and approvals, maybe we have to wait only say /guess 3 or 4 weeks . But please its a risk so dont hold the gun at my head if it doesnt come off but if it does i will tell you where to send the scotch. good luck but be patient
