Probably easier if you put yourself in the shoes of Chinese consumer. Chinese dont trust domestic brands. The regulation that requires foreign infant formula to use chinese label would make premium brands such A2&Bellamy to 'blend in with the crowd', possibly, giving domestic brand the equal playing field.
