On my I phone news this morning, A court case appeal, to turn over the
judgement of approval of Venture Minerals court win.
The greens claim the judge on that decision, erred, on the evidence before the court.
Venture's mining of that area would destroy the Tarkine System.
Still on going.
Just can't win anywhere.
I haven't seen any newspapers yet, could be better to have a read of them.
Tarkine back in the courts.
