In relation to the tax break, does that mean that the $880M is a tax deduction up front?
Will give a big tax loss this year if I read it right and the revenue stream will be assessable when received.
Am sure the professionals will be making sure that the deal is properly structured to ensure it does not fall foul of the tax laws.
