I'm more relaxed about our directors and CEO moonlighting on other gigs. There's a lot of down time with these junior CEO gigs with years needed to prove up a resource and raise capital in the right market. Having two or more jobs means we have less wages to fund while networks and contacts are made with other companies. I imagine both Mt Gilmore and Lynn Lake emerged as opportunities from moonlighting and networking elsewhere.
