This is an interesting thread thanks. Invista are big, but have a look also at the size and pedigree of the parent company Koch Industries.
Anyway, I see that Invista are very experienced at bringing tech to market via licensing arrangements. That would fit well with some of the theorising that was going on before we all adopted the thousand yard stare in the last couple of days.
