Hey AP. I have been trying to get my head around what is likely to be the final outcome of all this.
Now this is all IMO.
FAR would not be going down this path unless 4 things are true.
1. They have a backer
2. They have legal grounds for a PE challenge
3. The Senegalese Government agree with FAR
4. They have a ready sale for the excess if they manage PE.
If you look at what the above could mean for FAR and its shareholders....... I agree with you.
Go for the throat.
FAR will never get this chance again. DB
