1. Yes they obviously have potential access to the required funding for this PE, what structure it is we don't yet know. Private Equity, Major oil company, combination, not sure.

2. They would have legal advice on this, can be tricky here and may get to a legal battle here, this is where they try to lean on you and intimidate.This comes in many forms, legal pressure, countersuits, financial pressure on institutions, SHARE PRICE pressure- doesn't cost a lot for them in the scheme of things to put the pressure on shareholders.

3. Not so sure about this the Government will want this sorted out for their own sake- the long term relationship should help here but again this is business.

4. If successful there's a lot of options going forward regarding the 35% stake.. too many to guess at here. New separate JV;s ect.

Either way for the price of the Pre-empt, if SNE is worth developing its worth spending the money on these Barrels, they're 2C and only $2. Cant discover and drill them for that price.
