Personally, I reckon it has by now boiled down to just two possible scenarious:
1. FAR has financial backings for a full PE of the 35% COP share, and is working on the details.
2. FAR has not secured backing, WPL will become operator for development. So what?
The potentials are still there of a multi billion oil field, with a 15% stake, no change to basics. End of story.
