yes I still think someone has been accumulating truck loads of sen, it was pretty obvious it was being capped at 52-54 prior to this announcement so this must have been by the same people you would think.... how long are they going to make us wait before we get to see the big picture.... Mr Dollar says 4 weeks so that gives them another month to increase their stake...
