IMC had to tell management that they didn't plan to axe them, in order to get them onside but their real opinion of them probably aligns with ours. Unlike us they will likely be in a position to do something about them. A strike against management on the remuneration report would send a clear signal that share holders want salaries to align with SP movements and that Board changes are long overdue.
