    Morning Traders,

    General business: To start with, lets just get a show of hands for those who were able to do their 20 -30 minute morning activity routine today or yesterday. We are aiming for every second day min. Note: can include running, walking , lifting, gym, swimming, vigorous house work/cleaning, sexual activity at a high level, and the like.

    Some pretty nice sunny days over the weekend so trust everyone is refreshed and ready for a good week. I watched Carlton at 'the G ' get a good old spanking from the wooden spooners Melbourne on Saturday, drank too much generally, then foolishly treated myself to some chips and other junk as a form of comfort food under the duress. I then tried to exercise my way out of the haze on Sunday having very low motivation levels following the thrashing.
    Suffice to say, most of that was unproductive so bed with the newspapers was the final option, and seemed to work a treat. I made it to monday, but seems it was almost a zero sum game.

    Bit low on the leads today but as we know , something always pops up.
