I hear what you are saying, but I think the "if specified" qualification has confused.

The ASX release says:
"

Eden Energy Limited (ASX: EDE) is very pleased to announce that the Georgia
Department of Transportation (“GDOT”) has advised that it is in the process of identifying
several suitable upcoming, state funded highway slab replacement projects in which it
proposes to specify in the request for tender, that EdenCreteTM be added to the concrete.

These projects, if awarded, will be the first commercial projects involving the use of​

EdenCreteTM on US highway repair projects."

IMHO, the qualification by EDE relates to the project, not Edencrete.

It seems the GDOT has not even identified the projects in which it will use the Edencrete, it has not given any indication of size, number or timetable.

So EDE simply cannot make a statement that this new commercial order from GDOT will categoricall 100% go ahead. Because EDE simply has no control over what GDOT does or doesn't do.

So what is clear, is that GDOT is identifying projects in which it will specify the use of Edencrete. So EDE can confidently state that "if awarded" to a tenderer, then those specific projects WILL use Edencrete.

anyway, that's my take on the release.
exciting times ahead -- I wonder if EDE will be here on ASX this time next year ???
