without wanting to imply anything.. who's advising azr?

by bringing this issue to a head.. particulalrly since arc have allegedly been anti mgx from the time of the bid.. just who stands to gain?

if it kills off the bid then azr .. but if mgx had allowed for the royalty (if not the claw back) then the dilution etc may balance out the completion of the deal. After all its only a script offer no cash.

Issue may well be how well flagged the claw back rights are in azr's previous lodgements.

either way... the likelihood of a higher offer now??
absolutely zip.. so if I was an azr holder..holding out for a higher bid .. I'd be p*ssed at the board right about now.
